Škriniar in Inter is seduced by non-Christian money. Nobody has left – Other – Football – Sports

According to the SportMediaset portal, Inter Milan defender Milan Škriniar will become the club’s highest paid player following his contract extension with the Serie A giant.

The Slovakian representative’s current contract expires in the summer and he has been negotiating a new contract with Inter for several months.

Negotiations were halted in the summer when Škriniar emerged as the main transfer target for Ligue 1 giants Paris St Germain. However, Inter turned down all offers from the billionaire team. He demanded at least 70-80 million euros, which Paris refused to pay for a long time.

According to Sportmediaset, Inter are confident that they will secure Škriniar’s signature in the coming weeks. He would make him the highest paid player in the club. According to the report, the Nerazzurri Škriniar will provide 7 million euros per year.

Only Romelu Lukaku currently has more. The Belgian is rented at Inter Milan from Chelsea in London.

Inter are currently preparing for the Champions League match in Pilsen. It was Škriniar who was in the press before the game and – understandably – the questions were also about his future at the club. The resident of Žiar nad Hronom is already a bit irritated with them.

“I’ve never talked about it and I’d rather it stay that way. We came here to play football and I don’t want to talk about my future and my contract. I don’t think this is the right time or place for that. If anything news, you’ll hear it from me and no one else,” he said.
